Grievance Redressal

We want every concern resolved quickly and fairly. This page sets out how to raise a complaint, our timelines, and how to escalate, in line with RBI's requirements for lending service providers and the DPDP Act.

1. How to raise a complaint

Please share your registered mobile number, the CreditSaathi reference number if you have one (it starts with CS-), the Partner involved, and a short description. Never send OTPs, PINs or full card numbers.

3. Escalation to our Nodal Grievance Officer

If you are not satisfied with our reply, or have not heard back within 7 working days, escalate to our Nodal Grievance Officer for digital lending:

4. Complaints about a loan or card itself

Matters such as the interest rate, charges, KFS, disbursal, EMI, statements, recovery conduct or card billing are owned by the Partner. Each Partner's grievance officer is listed on our Partners page. You can complain to the Partner directly, and we will also forward your complaint, coordinate with the Partner and keep you informed.

5. RBI Integrated Ombudsman

If a regulated entity (bank or NBFC) does not resolve your complaint within 30 days, rejects it, or you are not satisfied with the reply, you can complain to the Reserve Bank of India under the RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme, 2021 at cms.rbi.org.in, by calling 14448, or by post to the Centralised Receipt and Processing Centre, Reserve Bank of India, 4th Floor, Sector 17, Chandigarh 160017.

6. Data and privacy complaints

For concerns about how we process your personal data, contact our Data Protection / Grievance Officer, [Data Protection Officer name], at grievance.creditsaathi@creditsaathi.co.in. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act, 2023.

7. Fraud and impersonation

If someone asks you for money or an OTP in CreditSaathi's name, report it immediately to us, to the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in or on 1930, and to RBI's Sachet portal (sachet.rbi.org.in).
